Description:
The Manager, Data Analytics will be responsible for conducting strategic analysis across all areas of our business including LTOs/promotions, Market Testing, Marketing, Off Premise, Catering, etc.
This position requires a combination of deep data technical skills along with strong analytics and business acumen and executive presence. The ideal candidate will be someone who utilizes strategic thinking for answering key business questions that will drive the business forward and make meaningful business impacts.

Skills and Abilities
Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau preferred), Data Transformation (SSIS/Alteryx preferred) and SQL (SQL Server/PostgreSQL preferred)
Fluency in a statistical programming language or package, with emphasis on SAS, Python or R
Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources
Ability to communicate complex information and implications both verbally, in interactions with senior leaders, and in written presentations, utilizing ""storytelling techniques"" to communicate a clear, compelling and cohesive story
Ability to quickly navigate ambiguity and large amounts of data
Organization skills with detail-oriented project management; effectively manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail with a focus on quality
Experience organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks and requests
Ability to quickly build trust and partnerships across various stakeholder groups
Ability to learn new software and/or web-based tools quickly
Real world experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Experience with data cleansing and preparation
