Position Summary

We are looking for a Manager, DevSecOps with 7+ years of experience in DevSecOps practices, specializing in the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure DevOps, and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in security protocols, CI/CD pipeline management, and Azure infrastructure. They should be proficient in cross-functional collaboration, incident response, and performance monitoring, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in security and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Create the DevSecOps team and build a new DevSecOps culture.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards using tools like Azure Security Center and SecurityScorecard.
  • Manage and respond to client security questionnaires.
  • Lead and mentor the DevSecOps team, providing guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement proactive security measures to prevent incidents.
  • Document all security protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
  • Facilitate collaboration between development, security, and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and lead incident response efforts.
  • Generate reports on security posture, compliance status, and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and select tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, oversee Azure infrastructure, and establish performance metrics using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
  • Develop and maintain a security roadmap, regularly reviewing and updating it.
  • Stay updated with the latest DevSecOps trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the organization's processes.


What You Bring
  • 7+ years of overall experience in DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure DevOps, and Azure cloud services.
  • Advanced expertise in implementing and maintaining security protocols using Azure Security Center.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in handling Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Experience with incident response tools and methodologies.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments.
  • Thorough documentation of security protocols, policies, procedures, and DevSecOps processes.
  • Expertise in implementing proactive security measures, including threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
  • Experience managing and responding to client security questionnaires.
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor and develop the DevSecOps team.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in security and operational efficiency.

How We Work

This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
