Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the development, management, and optimization of content across all global sites for NCL guest-facing digital properties, including both Web and Mobile. Ensure that all digital content (including assets such as copy, images, gifs, PDFs, and/or videos) aligns with brand standards, engages target audiences, and drives traffic, conversions, and/or other desired outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders including, but not limited to, product, marketing, and creative, as well as other cross-functional teams, to deliver a cohesive and effective digital presence across multiple regions. This will span the full guest journey including awareness, browse and book, booked guest, and post-cruise.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals, enhances user engagement, and drives desired outcomes across all NCL.com global sites and mobile applications.
- Oversee the creation, editing, QA, and publication of high-quality digital content, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and style across diverse markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product marketing, designers, and developers to enhance the user experience through optimal content presentation and navigation, including for international audiences.
- Conduct regular audits of digital content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and adherence to SEO leading practices across all global sites.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements on a global scale.
- Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure content is optimized for search engines and supports overall SEO strategies for all international websites.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance on leading practices and professional development while considering cultural nuances in content.
- Stay up to date with digital content trends, tools, and technologies, sharing insights and implementing new strategies as appropriate for global markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, including the Rebel Fish Creative Team, to integrate content into broader campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints worldwide.
- Collaborate with digital teams to ensure we build and maintain modern systems across web and mobile with accurate and high performing content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and consistent across channels.
- Manage and prioritize content intake requests from intake through publication, including timely updates on progress and providing backlog transparency.
- Perform additional job related duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Digital Marketing or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in digital content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing content for large-scale, multilingual websites, with a strong focus on user engagement and conversion optimization.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of digital content leading practices in a global context.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization tailored for diverse markets.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytic, Contentsquare).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a basic understanding of digital design principles.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- HTML and CSS certifications a plus but not required
