Manager, Digital Transformation

Purpose of Position:

Reporting to the Sr Director Business Transformation, the role will structure processes & systems to track, and governance projects identified to deliver on the enterprise-wide process standardization and future implementation and deployment of SAP S4/Hana worldwide.

Accountabilities:

• Manage key projects identified as part of the strategic roadmap for Fresh Del Monte business processes transformation and standardization for future ERP system implementation and deployment.
• Build, structure and maintain standard processes and systems to create & deploy globally the foundation for the global business transformation project governance and management.
• Define & train program management business leads to be aligned with Business transformation office with processes, roles, and responsibilities, KPIs and a structured project approach.
• Work closely with business SMEs and HR change management team to ensure system and process adoption for the projects transition between the as is to the to be is completed.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify business process standardization opportunities and best practices implementation to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead, motivate and facilitate team collaboration and communication.
• Provide Management Reports and communication.
• Ensure management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project.
• Track various program and portfolio performance KPIs. Plan project resource allocation.
• Track timeline, scope, and budget for projects.
• Follow and meet project, governance & reporting deadlines set by the Sr. Director Business Transformation and project deadlines.

Minimum Skills Required:

• BS degree in Finance, Computer Science/Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in publicly traded global company ideally from business PMO, transformation office, Operational excellence.
• Leader in driving business transformation projects, including definition of the strategy, business case, program roadmap, integrated planning, interdependencies, KPIs, processes, progress reporting, team set up and rollout.
• Experienced in leading programs and projects composed by with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams.
• Capability to identify and implement "quick wins" that will generate funds for the continuity of the program.
• Organizational skills that reflect ability to work independently, and efficiently perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate in a globally matrixed organization, multicultural environments with required cultural awareness.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and execution mindset.
• Skilled at anticipating bottlenecks, making trade-offs, and balancing strategic priorities, people, and impact versus technical constraints.
• Hands-on leader with vast experience in project and risk management leading process and systems development & improvement programs. PMP certification is a plus.
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of sales operations, finance operations, supply chain, project management, IT Backoffice systems applications, IT network infrastructure, business processes.
