As the Manager, Digital Activation, your primary responsibility is to work closely with the Associate Director and Director to manage the client's objectives and oversee the day-to-day digital executions, with a focus on delivering strategic and operational excellence. It is expected that you have a mid-level understanding of the total digital ecosystem and the roles each of the digital platforms play in the daily lives of consumers. A strong background in technology, analytics, and communication is key to success in this role. You will be responsible for bringing performance results to clients through strong marketplace partnerships, effective execution, and optimization. Additionally, you will provide analysis that informs and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies. You will also tie the optimization metrics to the strategic intent of campaigns and the underlying business objectives.
Responsibilities
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$80,000-$95,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful insights and interpretation of data, with actionable recommendations
- Track key media metrics and benchmarks.
- Work with performance analysts to analyze primary and secondary data to develop data-driven marketing strategies for different target groups of consumers.
- Provide key support to analyst team in many aspects of online marketing campaigns, including campaign analysis and optimizations.
- Managing agency/vendor relationships on the day to day across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Work closely with internal teams to develop pre-project measurement plans and post-mortem project analysis in order to develop specific and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain productive working partnerships with vendors, client teams, and agency partners/teams.
- Working closely on billing and reconciliation
- Managing a team of buyers or coordinators on the daily; including an off-shore team
- Implement and carry out process for trafficking, optimizations, viewability/brand safety, billing
- Hands-on experience using Digital platforms (Google Ads, DCM, Prisma, Doubleverify); Kantar experience a plus
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of digital media planning experience
- Past management experience a plus
- Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking, project management, presenting, and communication
- Media, syndicated research and proprietary analytics tools proficiency preferred - i.e., MRI, Nielsen Adviews, eTelmar, and ComScore
- Action-oriented; ability to identify issues and solutions as well as anticipate consequences
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work quickly but with care
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
