About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader with demonstrated strength in project management, problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity to serve as a Manager in the Operations/REV Drive Thru Innovation Team. This is a high-impact position that plays an integral role in transforming the business by improving the operating system through innovative ideas and solutions. This individual will be responsible for activities related to the design and implementation of Taco Bell's Drive-Thru Voice Ordering system that simplifies and reinvents the Team Member and Customer DT experience.

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader with demonstrated strength in project management, problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity to serve as a Manager in the Operations/REV Drive Thru Innovation Team. This is a high-impact position that plays an integral role in transforming the business by improving the operating system through innovative ideas and solutions. This individual will be responsible for activities related to the design and implementation of Taco Bell's Drive-Thru Voice Ordering system that simplifies and reinvents the Team Member and Customer DT experience.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead strategic development and execution of Voice AI initiatives from concept phase to national launch.
- Independently manage multiple cross-functional teams from a variety of departments including Integration, Finance, Technology, vendors, Communication, Engineering, Training, Quality Assurance, and reporting partners.
- Maintain a restaurant-level perspective for both company and franchise units to minimize complexity and enable successful change management across 7,000 + restaurants.
- Act as a liaison between the Field and Restaurant Support Center teams to gather insights that will affect necessary changes to simplify the Taco Bell Operating System and drive engagement at every level in the restaurant.
- Utilize field insights to challenge current processes, recommend improvements, and ensure successful implementation; ensure program execution and identify potential risks associated with initiatives.
- Travel to test markets (approx. 15% -25% travel) to gather comprehensive feedback from teams, ensure programs are executed as designed, and identify areas for improvement.
Is This You?
- Bachelor's degree; MBA and or PMP certification strongly preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience with restaurants or technology initiatives
- Strong logical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to proactively develop creative solutions.
- Superb interpersonal communication skills, partnering well with other team members and influencing stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, able to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Internal Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be employed with Taco Bell or Yum Brands for a total of 12 months
- Must have alerted your coach and HRBP of your interest in applying
- Must have received a "Successful" rating or better on most recent performance review
- Must meet the minimum requirements of the role
- Must be in good standing in your current role (including performance improvement plans)
