Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Employer Branding and Talent Marketing to join our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies for Canada's largest private employer. The Impact You'll Make:
Formulate and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that is in line with our business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
- Evolve the enterprise Colleague Value Proposition and Employer Branding strategy by integrating our culture and values into our brand narratives.
- Oversee our social media presence on various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) to engage potential candidates, enhance brand awareness, and position us as a employer of choice
- Establish a framework and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of our employer brand among current colleagues and identify areas for continuous improvement across the organization.
- Develop engaging content (blog posts, articles videos, employee testimonials, infographics) that showcases our company culture, values, career opportunities, and employee experiences.
- Contribute to design sessions through creative concepts and input; be involved in the conceptualization and design of graphic applications from start to finish.
- Maintain brand guidelines for Employer Brand
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to create targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and utilize social media to source top talent for their lines of business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Communications) to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay informed about latest trends and practices in employer branding, social media management, and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding or social media marketing preferably within a Talent Acquisition
- Proven success in developing effective employer branding strategies
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling content
- Experience managing multi-channel content calendar with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of social media platforms & analytics tools
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Experience using data-driven decision-making for strategy development
- Passionate about employer branding with deep understanding of candidate experience
- Proficient at prioritizing tasks & meeting deadlines
