As the Manager, Enterprise Application & System Support you will ensure that enterprise applications and systems are effectively supported, maintained, and enhanced to meet organizational goals and objectives. They play a critical role in defining and prioritizing the support backlog, driving vision, and supporting with technical expertise the delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Leadership and Team Management- Supervise the work of direct reports in application and systems support.
  • Application Management- Support and maintain tier 2 for the network and platform database of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and other systems. Ensure the applications portfolio's availability and performance, which includes managing incidents and releases.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement-working alongside key stakeholders with technical support for application development and enhancement (agile)
  • Process Improvement and Quality Assurance- establishing and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to address customer issues and enhance processes.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution-enhancing stakeholder satisfaction by providing high-quality services for applications through controlled and planned change management.
  • Technical Expertise-remaining actively engaged with technology and exploring new technological advancements to benefit the organization


What you have:

  • 5+ years' experience managing Enterprise IT, supporting teams with ERP, network or systems experience in a global company considered an asset.
  • Technical Proficiency- In-depth knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Networking and Operating Systems- understanding of networking infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS) and basic database.
  • Analytical Skills- ability to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Leadership and Team Management- strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer and stakeholder engagement- excellent communication skills to collaborate with business units and vendors.
  • Process Improvement and Quality Assurance- Experience in implementing and meeting service level agreements.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution- Ability to develop long-term strategies for application management and enhancement.

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$135,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
