As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Manager Enterprise Applications/ Business Solutions to join our MSP Corp - Groupe Access team in our Montreal office.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Enterprise Applications / Business Solutions to lead our technology strategy and drive digital transformation. This role is ideal for an expert in NetSuite, Shopify, ERP, and Business Systems Integration, with a strong background in Retail, Warehouse management, and Fulfillment operations.
Location: 8270 rue Mayrand
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Mode: Hybrid

What You Will Do

• Build and lead a high-impact technology team, mentoring enterprise architects, data analysts, and service delivery managers.
• Own and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business growth.
• Define and implement a scalable roadmap for business systems, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including ERP, WMS, CRM, and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless adoption.
• Develop and implement business intelligence (BI) and data reporting strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
• Lead data analytics, business process automation, and platform integrations, driving measurable business impact.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimize technology solutions, improving efficiency and scalability.
• Drive innovation, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

What you are bringing

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT management experience, overseeing enterprise applications and business systems.
• Expertise in NetSuite, Shopify, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Strong background in ERP, WMS, and CRM systems, with a track record of successful implementation and integration.
• Extensive experience in business intelligence (BI), data reporting, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of retail industry operations, warehouse management, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with frontend and backend development, APIs, and system architecture assessments.
• Strong leadership in performance management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
