The good faith range for this position is $105,000 - $131,250 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Summary:
The Manager EPMO Manages work of project coordinators and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (business administration, IT, engineering, or related analytical field) required or eight years directly related experience
- Minimum five years' experience in a related field required
- Financial institution experience preferred
- Experience with project management tools
- Familiarity with Google's Suite of Office Applications
- Lucidchart experience
- Salesforce experience
- Banking, Lending and Operations experience preferred
- Experience in process design and process improvement preferred
- PMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets.
- Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions.
- Tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track.
- Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting.
- Develop detailed project plans to effectively monitor progress
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Establish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project plan
- Own the project risk identification and mitigation process
- Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met
- Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent
- Participate in change management process
- Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
