Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to lead our efforts in transforming patient feedback into actionable insights. This role will be instrumental in driving improvements to the patient experience through advanced quantitative and qualitative date analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare analytics, data modeling, and comparison methodologies, with the ability to integrate and analyze data from various sources. They will provide a comprehensive view of patient sentiment, identify key areas for improvement, and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Responsible for applying data analysis tools and techniques to provide insights and actionable recommendations, including the utilization of data modeling to identify trends and patterns and make predictions about future outcomes.
- Qualitative & Quantitative Data Leadership: Oversee data collection, analysis, and research efforts to capture both trends and insights, providing a holistic view of experience achievements and challenges. Insights should drive targeted interventions that improve experience and outcomes.
- Storytelling & Experience Advocacy: Oversee the synthesis of data into compelling narratives that influence leadership, frontline teams, and community stakeholders, ensuring that insights drive action. By translating insights into clear recommendations, the role fosters a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Vendor Support & Problem Solving: Collaborate with vendors to ensure their tools and services effectively support experience initiatives and resolve any operational challenges. By facilitating smooth implementation and troubleshooting issues, this role helps optimize vendor contributions to patient experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
