The Azurity Finance Team is searching for a Manager of Financial Reporting & Analytics to join the team as we enable the business to make profitable and well-founded decisions. This person needs to be a leader and go-getter who can take full ownership of their areas. Our team seeks an experienced professional who is skilled, dependable and will partner successfully with the business leaders.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Owner of centralized Sharepoint repository of reporting output distributed throughout the business, as well as Power BI dashboards used for KPI monitoring
  • Creation of monthly management P&L and reporting including budget to actuals, forecast to actuals, etc.
  • Provide review of the actual bookings, raising issues or insights to Statutory Accounting team
  • Compile and maintain single source of truth KPI tracking in internal tracking sheets
  • Work cross functionally with the business to ensure timely cadence of reporting based on the rhythm of the business
  • Build and maintain appropriate templates to be used for budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, etc.
  • Assist finance teams with ad hoc special projects
  • Reporting systems design and implementation
  • Work cross functionally with the digital team to ensure timely financial system upgrades and/or change over
  • Facilitate financial user requirements for systems
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide ad hoc financial support for corporate initiatives, local team, projects
  • Coordination of reporting from multi-geography teams (India and Ireland)
  • Lead and facilitate monthly senior leadership team meetings
  • Coordination and tracking of reporting deliverables, including distribution lists
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate financial reporting

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in finance, business, or systems administration
  • Previous work experience tied to monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes
  • Experience with database management and data analysis
  • Team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse and broad range of stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to work flexibly with conflicting demands so that work is scheduled to meet changing priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI experience preferred
  • CPA Preferred
