For this specific role, two days per week(on average) can be conducted in office. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
Salary Range:Commensurate with experience

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. This role also serves as the PowerBI Administrator.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years of FP&A experience
Strong financial analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Solid conceptual understanding of BI platforms; PowerBI preferred
Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred
System automation experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details and technicalities
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of annual budget, long-term financial plans, and monthly forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and improve profitability/cash flow.
- Partner with various business units to analyze financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, Power BI dashboards, and variance analysis to senior management and the Board.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
- Monitor industry trends, economic developments, and market conditions to provide relevant insights.
- Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.
