Position Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Manager serves as a strategic consultant to assigned business groups, providing expertise across all facets of Human Resources. This role proactively assesses and addresses HR-related needs, including employee relations, leadership development, organizational design, compliance, compensation, and talent acquisition. The HRBP collaborates closely with HR leadership and business management to develop integrated solutions that align with Globus Medical's culture, business objectives, and long-term strategic goals.

Essential Functions:
  • Build strong partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to employees and business leaders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the business, including financials, mid-range plans, culture, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning to support business growth and agility.
  • Offer day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with business leaders and talent acquisition to define recruiting strategies, measure effectiveness, and refine approaches as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and industry best practices, providing guidance and interpretation as necessary.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Lead change management efforts and help drive a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR experience with expertise in multiple disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence leaders, and drive business-aligned HR strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and critical thinking skills to make sound HR decisions.
  • Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and its regulatory environment preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
