Position Details:

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

On Call: Yes

The Manager Identity Access Management:

  • Provides leadership for the Identity Access Management team.
  • This role acts as a highly visible subject matter expert related to IAM technologies, controls, and standards.
  • Develops strategic road maps for the IAM program, provides system ownership, responsible for the design and architecture of IAM technologies and services include identity management, access request, access provisioning and de-provisioning, access re-authorization, and directory technologies.
  • Develops and maintains documentation related to system processes, procedures, and program road maps, and performs project management related to Identity Management.
  • Provides problem solving for a wide range of business processes, account management, support issues, technology related incidents and access challenges for both internal and external clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Identity Access Management, data privacy, or related experience, including 3 years of IT supervisory experience

OR

  • 7 years of experience in Data Security Management, including 3 years of IT supervisory experience w/o a degree

Preferred Experience:

  • Adept in risk management, data privacy, and security principles. 2 years of experience with regulatory compliance systems such as a HIPAA, SOC, GMP, GLP, GCP or SOX compliance.
  • Preferred certifications include CISA (IS Auditor), CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP, CISM and/or CGRC.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management tools such as Active Directory, Okta, or SailPoint.
  • Deep understanding of authentication methods such as LDAP, SSO, and MFA. A solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
