We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our team as the Manager II Ops Strategy. In this role, you will influence the strategic direction of major initiatives implemented across our store network, ensuring alignment with corporate business strategies and driving impactful results. You will be responsible for developing and refining processes for strategic business planning for banner store initiatives, creating business cases, and securing the financial resources required to support these initiatives.
As a key partner with various internal stakeholders, you will develop, implement, and continuously innovate strategies that add depth to our business operations in collaboration with retail teams. This position will also require you to facilitate leadership conversations, provide visibility on approved initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment to drive execution excellence.

What we ask of you:
- Create comprehensive Brand documents that clearly define and support requirements for leadership, ensuring strategic initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Regularly facilitate conversations with leadership teams to review progress and provide updates on the status of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with support area owners (HR, IM, PMO, etc.) to ensure that the impact on stores is fully identified, planned, and communicated. This includes assessing store labor, time impacts, and other operational considerations.
- Establish and maintain a detailed calendar of store events and initiatives, providing visibility into approved and scheduled initiatives to all relevant teams.
- Collaborate with key support stakeholders and ensure effective project lifecycle management for each initiative, driving successful implementation.
- 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required or equivalent years expereince
- Proven ability to influence strategic direction, develop and present business cases, and manage large-scale initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams and drive collaboration across different functions.
- Strong understanding of store operations and experience managing complex initiatives that impact retail environments.
