What You'll Do:
  • Lead and Innovate: Oversee team activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting related to client service agreements.
  • Strategize: Provide solution support and new business modeling, driving company standards and process maturity.
  • Analyze: Perform root cause analysis and identify troubleshooting process breaks or data quality issues.
  • Collaborate: Work with other departments to track the movement of all assets and engage with clients for service offering reviews.
  • Mentor: Manage, train, and provide timely performance feedback to the team

Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 years' work experience, Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Work experience may be substituted.
  • Skills: 3-5 years' leadership experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ServiceNow, SCCM, InTune, Ivanti, Altiris, and HPSM. Experience manipulating data or SQL skills required.
  • Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Work at a computer for long periods.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse and client environment.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.
