JOB SUMMARY
The IT Manager, Supply Chain Applications will oversee functional and technical resources responsible for the Shiseido warehouse applications. The person in this role will track and prioritize tasks related to project and continuous improvement enhancements and is responsible for ensuring timely and compliant completion of work at or below budget. They will aid warehouse operations and IT support team when advanced functional and technical knowledge is required. This person will reinforce Shiseido policies with direct reports and manage them to company communicated expectations.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage support of Supply Chain Applications at ADC
- Provide direction and escalation for business-critical issues related to Supply Chain applications
- See to timely completion of project and continuous improvement tasks which involve BlueYonder at or below budget
- Facilitate knowledge transfer of newly developed logic with operations stakeholders and support staff
- Partner with Supply Chain Stakeholders to provide solutions using base functionality vs customizations wherever possible
- Identify trends in reported issues, provide root cause analysis, and solution options
- Provide critical analysis of business data across full supply chain
- Ensure Internal Audit compliance and Audit completion w/No Significant Deficiencies
- Provide direction and administrative compliance for direct reports
WHO YOU ARE
- BS in Information Technology, Management, or equivalent combination of intellectual instruction and work experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and integration with material handling
- Fluency in programming language development (SQL preferred)
- Working knowledge of BlueYonder WMS, BlueYonder WLM, Dematic PickDirctor, Dematic SortDirector, and WM6 WMS Goods-to-Person (Preferred)
- Experience developing and supporting .xml-based integration between WMS and SAP ERP applications (Preferred, Not Required)
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation including Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Voice Directed, Pick-to-Light Systems and RF Technology.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology and 5 years in Logistics and Distributions operations.
- Strong application of logic, reasoning and problem solving
- Strong ability to work with time/date deadlines
- Ability to motivate and lead people; 5 years of experience in position with direct reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
