Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to motivate and manages staff of manufacturing engineers and oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow our Manufacturing Engineering team
• Manger of New Production Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineering team of 5 to 7 engineers and technicians.
• Team evaluates server and rack designs for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and works with internally design teams and customer on improvements.
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional areas of manufacturing operations
• Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
• Drive projects to improve process reliability, process flow, improve productivity, and reduce operational cycle times and costs
• Owner for creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and procedures
• Provide resource/labor and production capacity analysis
• Provide feedback on requirements and needs to meet production schedule
• Evaluate and approve manufacturing infrastructure needs and cost
• Review, evaluate, and approve change orders
• Provide leadership for manufacturing engineers and responsible for their training and development

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering. MS in Industrial Engineering preferred. Minimum of 5 years work experience in manufacturing engineering management role.
• In-depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales and limitations
• Expert working knowledge of manufacturing systems
• 6 Sigma Green Belt certified, Black Belt preferred. Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/PP) + Visio
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean philosophies and experienced in practicing those applications
• Effective in project management, time management, and delegation

Salary- $119,000K-$137,500K+/DOE
