Description

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will manage the creation and success of promotional strategies for the AAON brand and product lines manufactured in Tulsa, OK, Longview, TX, and Kansas City, MO. This highly creative individual will be tasked with understanding AAON's business objectives and strategic growth plans to deliver effective brand and product marketing solutions. Key responsibilities include tactical planning and management of marketing projects, leading the development of new and engaging creative concepts, building and revising campaign presentations, monitoring campaign budgets, shaping/upholding brand standards, and measuring campaign efficacy.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works with sales, engineering, and product teams, and other key business line stakeholders, to oversee the successful ideation, development, and implementation of strategic marketing projects and plans.
  • Creative leadership:
    • Leads the creative execution of marketing plans and campaigns from concept to final analysis.
    • Leverages a team of digital marketers, designers, content creators, and strategic agency partners.
    • Creates concepts and designs for new campaigns and projects.
    • Oversees the distribution of marketing campaigns and measures their efficacy.
  • Brand management:
    • Ensures all campaigns and creative output are on-brand.
    • Monitors the implementation of AAON branding standards across all stakeholders including cross departmentally, rep organizations, and others.
    • Coordinates with other marketing staff to ensure documentation and design standards are being upheld.
    • Builds and manages cross-departmental brand strategy.
  • Marketing project management:
    • Presents project information, including deadlines and budgets, to leadership teams and key internal stakeholders.
    • Ensures all stakeholders are updated on the progress of all marketing campaigns.
    • Prepares accurate status reports.
    • Identifies any issues and resolves them in a timely manner.
    • Provides cost estimates and quotations and monitor budgets.


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent, and five years of marketing experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Passion for leading the creative development of product marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future marketing trends.
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter who is inquisitive and willing to collaborate with a team.
  • Excellent organizational and math skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft, Google Chrome, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hubsport CRM, Workiva, Basecamp, Mac or Windows.

Work Environment:
  • The job will be located on site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, primarily in an office environment.
  • Requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Sit and stand for up to 95% of work hours.
  • Lift up to 10lbs.
