Responsibilities include leading marketing measurement strategy, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions. Responsibilities
- Manages the team responsible for external media mix modeling and measurement partners, managing relationships, timelines, and deliverables.
- Leads the development and execution of marketing channel performance insights, providing unbiased, data-backed recommendations on channel investment, media mix and intra-channel tactic optimization
- Develops and delivers clear, compelling presentations and materials for executive leadership, ensuring complex data insights are accessible and actionable.
- Partners with internal key partners across Paid, CRM and Earned channels, Analytics, Customer Strategy, Enterprise Insights, and Finance to enhance measurement capabilities and drive adoption.
- Oversees the governance, standardization, and accuracy of marketing measurement tools and data.
- Partners with media teams to deliver a testing agenda to refine media investment strategies and improve attribution models.
- Provides mentorship and leadership to direct reports, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality analytical outputs.
- Monitors emerging trends and standard methodologies in marketing measurement, proactively recommending enhancements to existing methodologies and tools.
- Partners with internal technology teams and external partners to streamline, automate and enhance data pipelines.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in marketing measurement, media analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
- Strong understanding of media mix modeling (MMM), attribution models, and marketing performance measurement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing performance measurement across multiple channels (e.g., Digital, Social, TV, Email, Direct Mail, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses, CRM data, and customer analytics is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption of measurement solutions within a marketing organization.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing measurement, media analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
