Position Overview

The Manager of Marketing Operations and Planning will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing processes and enhance overall performance. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role will contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies and resource allocation. Ultimately, the Manager will ensure that marketing operations are streamlined, effective, and capable of delivering measurable results that support the company's growth objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing operations strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Execute internal and external meeting planning, professional society meetings, and marketing programs
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing through the promotional review process
  • Collaborate with to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and strategic planning.
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Annualized base salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 plus target incentive; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this range commensurate with several factors including experience, education, training, location, and merit.
