Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to motivate and manages staff of manufacturing engineers and oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our Engineering team
• Manger of New Production Introduction (NPI) Networking Engineering team of 5 to 7 engineers and technicians.
• Networking Engineering team owns customer data center networking racks. Team works with internal teams, customer and external technology vendors on switch selection, cable and transceiver selection, port to port connections, cable matrix, switch configuration and networking performance.
• Provide support for customer and/or data center escalations of field issues, product issues during development and ramp issues by mass production
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to switch configuration and compatible between switches, host NICs, cables and transceivers. Work with QA manager and develop engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues and hardware defects
• Drive enhancements through full life-cycle from concept to final implementation and support.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical or Network Engineering. MS in Electrical or Network Engineering preferred. Minimum of 5 years work experience in Networking engineering management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Excellent knowledge and experience troubleshooting protocols
• Must have experience in ODIE, Sonic and OS Experience.
• Demonstrate ability to acquire strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $136,000K-$172,000K+/DOE
