Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a Manager of Cloud Program & Services who will play a pivotal role in the successful launch, adoption, and ongoing support of our new cloud-based video management platform. This individual will be responsible for driving product roadmap decisions, achieving monthly recurring revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional support and training documentation for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements for the Cloud Programs & Services platform based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly recurring revenue targets, including pricing strategies, upsell opportunities, and customer retention initiatives.
Customer Support and Training: Oversee the development of comprehensive support and training documentation for customers and internal teams, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge necessary to effectively use the Cloud programs & services platform.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Cloud programs & services platform, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product development, sales enablement, and customer support initiatives.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation within the cloud video management space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles within the technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cloud-based software products, preferably in the video management or surveillance industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
