You'll manage developers and Technical Success Managers, keep Jira structured and organized, and ensure that the development team can focus on building without distractions. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Ideas into Execution: Work closely with the leadership to take high-level ideas and turn them into structured development plans.
- Own Jira Management: Ensure tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and executed efficiently.
- Optimize Development Workflow: Work with TSMs to investigate and troubleshoot client issues before they reach developers.
- Remove Bottlenecks: Identify blockers early and drive solutions to keep projects moving.
- Drive Alignment: Ensure smooth communication between leadership, developers, and TSMs.
- Adapt & Pivot: Be ready to shift focus as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
- A strong executor with experience 3+ years managing technical teams.
- Deep Jira expertise-you know how to run a clean, efficient backlog.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
