SUMMARY:
National Heritage Academies (NHA) is seeking an experienced Manager of ERP & Business Systems to oversee the administration, development, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM/ERP/EPM and OnBase document management systems.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving key initiatives. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative team culture that promotes cooperation, problem-solving, and accountability. A strong background in enterprise applications, managed services oversight, and change management is essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a technical team to provide the administration and technical oversight for Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM/ERP/HCM and OnBase, based on NHA's strategic direction.
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers, ensuring contract compliance and system reliability.
- Develop and communicate clear priorities, ensuring alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Oversee OnBase document management solutions, including workflows, user access, security, and system enhancements.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of ERP and document management systems.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with vendors to maximize system functionality and performance.
- Own and drive key business applications, maintaining a product ownership mindset and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective decision-making and efficient allocation of resources.
- Create and implement a training plan for direct reports, ensuring effective onboarding, continuous learning, and growth.
- Develop and deliver clear, audience-specific communication materials, adapting technical details based on the needs of peers, end users, and leadership.
- Support system change management efforts across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of system updates and new processes.
- Leverage Agile methodologies where appropriate to organize projects using Epic/Feature/User Story structures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing technical teams and enterprise applications, ERP, or document management systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle products, including Cloud Fusion HCM/ERP/EPM, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Vendor management expertise, including oversight of Managed Services contracts and external support teams.
- Process optimization, system ownership, and change management experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, ensuring smooth service delivery while advancing key projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Epic/Feature/User Story structures for project execution.
- Strong customer support and service delivery mindset, with a focus on user experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience with OnBase workflows, automation, and document lifecycle management is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management is preferred.
- Understanding of SQL, reporting tools, and workflow automation to optimize system functionality is preferred.
- Technology budget management experience within an IT organization is preferred.
