The City of Rochester is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Housing and Neighborhood Services to lead our efforts in overseeing rental housing inspections and code enforcement. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a proactive enforcement program that not only addresses code violations but also enhances neighborhood quality and connects residents to valuable resources and opportunities.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, construction management, planning or a related field from an accredited college or university with three (3) years of experience in community development or an increasingly responsible role involving professional work in neighborhood redevelopment, property maintenance or building inspection AND one (1) year of experience providing leadership and direction for both professional and support employees.
