The Manager of Onboarding and Learning designs and executes a seamless and engaging new hire onboarding experience while driving continuous learning and development across all departments at Greenbox. This role ensures that new employees are fully prepared, confident, and equipped for success in their roles while also leading initiatives to enhance skill development and career growth for existing team members. Through a strategic and people-first approach, the Manage of Onboarding and Learning fosters a culture of continuous learning, ensuring employees have the resources and support needed to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- New Hire Onboarding - enhances and streamlines the onboarding experience in partnership with Talent Acquisition ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported while increasing the time to productivity and readiness to their jobs. This includes corporate onboarding as well as department-specific onboarding.
- Learning & Skill Development - designs and executes comprehensive learning and skill development programs, ensuring employees have the training and tools to be successful. This includes building talent density, skills-building workshops, and assessments to determine readiness. Partners with functional heads to identify training gaps and implements targeted development solutions.

Education and Functional Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, Learning & Development.
- 15+ years of experience in a professional environment focused on skill development, performance management, and organizational development best practices.
- Experience with LMS platforms, onboarding processes, and leadership development programs.
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to adjust approach ensuring skill development across a diverse range of learners.
- Familiar with ADDIE and other adult learning frameworks
