Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations - Analytics and Insights to lead the development and execution of business intelligence strategies across our sales organizations. This pivotal role will act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, including Corporate Sales, Franchise Development, Sales Enablement, and Marketing, providing insights that drive growth, efficiency, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of data analytics with strong business acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence Strategy & Execution


  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support revenue-driving teams.


  • Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales channels to provide visibility into business health and performance.


  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.


  • Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership


  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to internal sales organizations and executive leadership.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, identify reporting gaps, and implement scalable analytics solutions.


  • Facilitate regular reporting reviews and deep-dive analysis sessions with stakeholders to inform tactical and strategic decisions.


  • Data Governance & Process Improvement


  • Champion data integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting tools and platforms.


  • Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.


  • Work closely with IT, Data Engineering, and other technical teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure accessibility and usability of data.


  • Team Leadership & Development


  • Eventually, as the team builds out, manage and mentor a small team of analysts; provide guidance, set priorities, and foster professional growth.


  • Promote a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, and continuous learning.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.


  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations, preferably in a high-growth or sales-driven environment.


  • Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.


  • Strong understanding of Snowflake or SQL, Excel, and data modeling.


  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.


  • Familiarity with revenue operations principles and sales funnel optimization.


  • Prior experience in the insurance, financial services, or technology sectors
