We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations - Analytics and Insights to lead the development and execution of business intelligence strategies across our sales organizations. This pivotal role will act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, including Corporate Sales, Franchise Development, Sales Enablement, and Marketing, providing insights that drive growth, efficiency, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of data analytics with strong business acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Intelligence Strategy & Execution
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support revenue-driving teams.
- Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales channels to provide visibility into business health and performance.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to internal sales organizations and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, identify reporting gaps, and implement scalable analytics solutions.
- Facilitate regular reporting reviews and deep-dive analysis sessions with stakeholders to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
- Data Governance & Process Improvement
- Champion data integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting tools and platforms.
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
- Work closely with IT, Data Engineering, and other technical teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure accessibility and usability of data.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Eventually, as the team builds out, manage and mentor a small team of analysts; provide guidance, set priorities, and foster professional growth.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations, preferably in a high-growth or sales-driven environment.
- Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of Snowflake or SQL, Excel, and data modeling.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Familiarity with revenue operations principles and sales funnel optimization.
- Prior experience in the insurance, financial services, or technology sectors
