Job Summary:
The Manager of Technical Operations will support the Hamm Institute for American Energy (HIAE) by providing program management, data reporting for sponsored research, program fiscal management, program contract support, and administrative operations. This role will serve as a key point of coordination for these activities between the HIAE team and The Innovation Foundation's existing processes, ensuring alignment with its strategic priorities, culture, and operational structure.
The position will focus on providing technical support for program management and project execution while fostering a collaborative environment that bolsters The Innovation Foundation's culture and mission.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Three years of experience in program or project management, grant reporting, or technical operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and technical initiatives.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) and technical software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related STEM discipline.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience working in research and development organizations or energy-related industries.
