As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Manager, Onboarding. The Manager, Onboarding, oversees a team of implementation specialists, ensuring the successful installation and deployment of technical systems, software, or solutions. This role is centered on leading, mentoring, and developing the team to ensure their success and professional growth. The Manager is responsible for team performance, managing resource allocation, and addressing challenges, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, the Manager ensures that the team meets project milestones and stays within budget. Key responsibilities include guiding the team in assessing customer requirements, developing scopes, estimates, and project plans, and providing the necessary support to overcome any obstacles.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of implementation specialists for seamless project execution with happy customers and quality solutions in mind
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to enhance performance and job satisfaction
  • Supervise and support the team in overseeing multiple implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Resolve escalated customer issues during and after implementations
  • Guide teams to troubleshoot and develop solutions for implementation challenges
  • Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations and proposal development when required
  • Monitor team performance; conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, implement accountability measures, and collaborate with team members to develop strategies for achieving individual and team goals in alignment with company metrics
  • Conduct process analysis to identify and solve inefficiencies and bottlenecks within project workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance overall project performance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical specialty or business
  • 5+ years of experience in a related area as an individual contributor
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Extensive understanding of technical systems, software, or solutions deployment and implementation processes
  • Superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve challenges efficiently
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance
  • Capacity to oversee the assessment of customer requirements and guide the team in developing accurate scopes, estimates, and project plans
  • Aptitude for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality service delivery
  • Talent for monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing continuous improvement strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing and navigating various project planning and management software
  • Exceptional capability in fostering team cohesion and driving personnel management practices for optimal performance
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of departmental processes, ensuring streamlined and efficient operations
