The Opportunity
You will manage daily team analyst performance and the ability to meet operations KPIs. Using our team's analytics and reports, you will recommend actions for continuous improvement regarding cost and performance across the supply chain network. You will provide guidance to analysts to execute the creation and maintenance of operations descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using industry insights and knowledge. You will report to the Director, US Transportation and will work remote with quarterly travel to the West Chester, PA location.

Your Impact
- Manage cross-functional teams in the execution of projects solving deviations in the supply chain network.
- Manage the analyst creation of automated reporting including alert monitoring, descriptive, and diagnostic reporting.
- Use reports from forecast to set and create enterprise wide strategy while collaborating with senior management.
- Manage the performance of the team, facilitating regular performance reviews.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in transportation analytics
- 5+ years experience in leading analytical and cross functional teams
- 3+ years experience with SQL and Tableau with statistic and data modeling techniques
- Data structure and database design with cost benefit analysis
