What You Will Do:
The Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, budget management, reporting and testing & innovation for select brands in the Luxury Division. The Manager will work in tandem with brand marketing and media teams as well as agency partners to create and execute innovative and effective strategies across key paid social platforms.
The Manager will be the Paid Social strategy lead for select brands in the Luxury division. The candidate must have experience owning brand digital media strategy and have an innate ability to bridge the gap between data and business insights. They should have a passion for the business of beauty and a profound ability to take complex subject matter, distill the information and communicate business insights across the organization.

This position will require a highly productive individual who can work collaboratively to drive flawless execution and proactively manage digital media campaigns across the L'Oreal Luxe portfolio. The role will require daily interaction with multiple groups including Marketing, eCommerce, PR, creative, finance. This will require a high level of interpersonal skill and diplomacy and demonstrated ability to justify online priorities and decisions to internal partners. The role will require strong time management, and prioritization skills. This position requires the individual to become an active extended team member of brand marketing & eCommerce teams, with shared P&L accountability. The One Media team value members who put the success of the team above individual task completion, with "roll up your sleeves" approach to day-to-day activities and ways of working with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, best in class strategic paid social media plans across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit)
- Own the Paid Social strategy for dedicated brands in the Luxury Division
- Lead strategy conversations between your brand(s), agency partners and vendors
- Report on performance to a variety of stakeholders with differing levels of paid social knowledge
- Implement A/B test and measurement across campaigns as applicable with the goal of driving innovation and gaining key learnings
- QA campaign builds to ensure they are following best practice setup.

- Strategy and Media Planning - 35%
- Creating media plans, reviewing digital media best practices, including targeting, effectiveness, frequency, creative across social platforms for multiple brands in the division
- Meetings and Presentations- 30%
- Leading reporting or tactical calls, explaining performance and strategy to brands
- Tactical Execution & Support - 20%
- Helping Assistant Manager with setups, QAing campaigns, working with platform vendors, billing management
- Team Communication - 15%
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in managing digital media for high volume business-to-consumer CPG, eCommerce business. Agency experience a plus.
- Must have hands-on experience with Social Media advertising platforms (Meta required; TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest a plus)
- Must have advanced excel skills, comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, budget management and quickly manipulating large data sets
- Strong understand of media KPIs, and an ability to translate campaign objectives into strategic optimizations
- Demonstrated understanding of media planning and best practices, as well as ability to execute and present media investment performance clearly to key stakeholders and leadership
- Experience working with/ management of agency partners and internal teams, writing RFPs

- Strong attention to detail and focus on process especially when managing numerous budgets and timelines.
- Ability to effectively present to and persuade an individual or group or people through executive level reporting and communication

- Ability to prioritize based on business needs and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail, quality and consistency.
