Responsibilities:
Assists in planning and maintaining operational budgets. Completes detailed variance reports in a timely manner. Schedules, interviews, hires, orients and assures competency of staff. Completes thorough performance evaluations in a timely manner. Monitors productivity in the department to ensure proper utilization of staff. Aligns testing and services within department to LBH organizational strategies and goals. Identifies future needs in terms of equipment, facilities and staff. Submits appropriate justification and support documents for procurement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline.
Education/Knowledge:
Experience: 5-7 years.

MT (ASCP) SBB (ASCP) PA (ASCP)
