Asmanager product strategist at Level20, you'll oversee a team responsible for driving the research, design, development, and commercialization of a consumer lending product. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams through product refinement and market expansion. You'll collaborate with legal and compliance, operations, design, and technology teams to optimize performance and ensure the product meets business and consumer needs. Additionally, you'll play a key role in influencing stakeholders, contributing to defining KPIs, refining strategies, and positioning the product for long-term success.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Must-have qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 11 years of professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products or services
  • {OR} bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 8 years of professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products or services

Preferred skills
  • Proven experience in maintaining and delivering product strategy or product management by influencing stakeholders
  • Ability to own and execute a product roadmap to delivery to business objectives, drive product outcomes by making trade-off decisions and scale products from a limited user base to full adoption
  • Experience in finance or banking, specifically consumer lending; Understanding of regulatory environments and industry specific challenges
  • Expertise in managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, integrating third party solutions, and negotiating contracts to optimize partnerships
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, aligning leadership on product priorities, and fostering engagement across teams

Compensation
  • $135k - $180k/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
