Royal Caribbean Group's Global E-Commerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Program Oversight & Delivery reporting to the Director of Program Delivery.

Position Summary

This position will lead a major cross-department initiative at Royal Caribbean, ensuring the successful execution of enterprise-level programs. The manager will oversee both business and technical teams, guiding them to break down and deliver customer needs into software solutions while partnering with product, UX, and technical experts. They will track key deliverables, manage dependencies, and drive cross-team collaboration to remove blockers, ensuring teams stay productive and aligned with the program's objectives. This role also includes overseeing program budgets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the progress of key deliverables, budget, resources and milestones
  • Communicate program progress to key stakeholders as indicated in the comprehensive communication plan
  • Manage PMO tools, templates and process for efficient for program planning, execution and closure
  • Facilitate regular program updates to ensure transparency of progress against the plan
  • Manage changes to the program scope, timeline, or budget through change management process established
  • Identify program (RAIDs) risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
  • Analyze and prioritize program RAIDs
  • Facilitate risk mitigation strategies with empowered team members and domain leaders
  • Establish a stakeholder feedback loop and reporting system to address any concerns or issues
  • Organize and facilitate key cross-functional team workshops and meetings
  • Problem solve through delivery challenges, lead prioritization discussions and help keep teams focused on delivering highest priorities
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame with an emphasis on problem solving.
  • Help to establish a culture of collaboration where teams are willing to try new ideas without fear of failure
  • Drive teams to deliver on commitments and lead through delivery challenges


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years as a Program Manager in the software development and/or ecommerce industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related field).
  • Strong experience leading large-scale programs, managing business and technical teams, and delivering customer-focused software solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile).
  • Proven skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and fostering a transparent, empowered team culture.
  • Expertise in managing program budgets and financials, ensuring efficient use of resources while delivering on time and within scope.
