Job Summary: Under the direction of the PMO manager, the Project Manager is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and managing all aspects of a project as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the definition of project scope and goals using company processes and tools.
Identify and interview stakeholders to draft detailed functional requirements.
Elicit requirements using document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Create short-term and long-term plans, including setting targets for milestones.
Hold self and others to deadline adherence.
Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects simultaneously.
Lead project meetings with representatives across the company.
Prepare and maintain detailed status reporting.
Motivate others to achieve project tasks.
Ensure quality control on projects throughout development to expected standards.
Maintain a positive work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry preferred
Ability to multi-task and manage a large workload effectively
High school diploma or equivalent degree
Project management experience preferred
Organizational skills
