The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and contributing to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of FileNet solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and deployment of FileNet applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that FileNet solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FileNet applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for FileNet solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest FileNet technologies and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
- Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FileNet solutions with other systems.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for FileNet development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of FileNet architecture and its components.
- Have a proven track record of designing and implementing FileNet solutions in complex environments.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Show proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in FileNet development.
- Have experience with agile methodologies and project management practices.
