Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) is an organization under JJHCS which serves as the Center of Excellence that delivers best in class solutions for Commercial Healthcare, Government & Regulatory, Systems, Processes and Training, and Risk Mitigation & Governance.
Within ECM, the Manager of the Records & Information Compliance (RIC) team is responsible for
Collectively, these areas maintain the integrity of corporate information associated with US OpCo Commercial and Government contracts, Quality Systems, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and Distribution Centers.
Ensuring compliance with the Worldwide Records and Information Management (WWRIM) Enterprise Standards regarding both Vital Records and Electronic Records Management. Facilitating the consistent and cost-effective management of records and information throughout their lifecycle from creation through final disposition.
Handling litigation requests for Records Discovery and supports contract productions for internal audits.
Providing software support for the Content Manager platform that services a global user community in over 40 countries with account management, software training, onboarding/offboarding of multi-disciplinary cross sector user groups, "help desk" customer service, support of acquisitions/divestitures, and special projects management.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000- $173,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Key Responsibilities:
- Running Base Business Operations to build value for the Global User Community, JJHCS and the Distribution Centers included in our JJHCS Records Management Community and facilitating compliance with WWRIM Enterprise Standards, J&J Enterprise Retention Schedule (ERS), Legal Hold preservation requirements and the J&J Enterprise Vital Records (EVR) inventory
- Managing the Content Manager Software User Community base business support, account management, system upgrades, errors/defect management, supporting audits and compliance requirements, on-boarding/off-boarding of Enterprise business teams, acquisitions & divestitures, and ensuring the GxP compliant nature of the platform
- Leading special projects to facilitate risk mitigation and enabling the availability of records to meet legal & regulatory obligationsProviding domain expertise pertaining to records management and the CM platform for J&J Operating Companies, and the next generation automation of access to information stored within CM
- Providing oversight and maintaining relationships with multiple third-party service providers
- Collaborating with business partners spanning JJHCS, Distribution Centers, J&J Law Department, Worldwide Records & Information Management (WWRIM), Raritan Campus Support Services, 168+ OpCo Business groups in the CM Global User Community, Acquisition & Divestiture Project Teams, Auditors, and new OpCo organizations interested in using the CM Software
- Providing direction and oversight to team members supporting the RIM and Contract Document Management and global Content Manager software obligations as well as supporting Audit and Litigation requests
- Collaborating with a team of direct report Analysts to ensure efficient, accurate and cost-effective records management procedures are established and maintained. Responsible for communicating operational changes that could affect other areas outside of the department
Education:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree is required

- Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
- Financial and audit controls knowledge
- Understanding of all phases of the contract continuum and business processes
- Project Management experience/skills
- Certifications or professional accreditations such as Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO), Certified Records Manager (CRM), or Certified Information Professional (CIP)
