Job Description
The Senior Regional Manager (RM) will have full ownership of the JM Smucker portfolio at Walmart, with a primary focus on driving sales opportunities at the store level and beyond. This role requires frequent engagement with Walmart's Market and Regional Managers to expand programming and enhance support within their designated region.
The RM will maintain daily and weekly collaboration with JMS brand owners, developing and optimizing selling strategies to increase market share. Building strong relationships at the Market Manager level will be crucial for influencing multi-store programs and securing high-visibility, unscripted displays.
In addition to market-level sales efforts, the RM will actively connect with local store managers to drive in-store execution, leveraging 4x4 Racks, Saddle Bags, and Single Serve Racks to maintain a competitive edge against DSD vendors. The RM will also work closely with field merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of programs, rack placements, and other initiatives within their territory.
It is expected that the Senior Regional Manager (RM) will serve as an example to peers by maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in their work and that of their field team.

- Lead and develop a team of merchandisers across a large geographic territory, whose primary role is to visit stores in an assigned region, build and maintain trusting relationships, train & engage store sales associates on products and devices and promote and advocate products and brand.
- Empower team members to demonstrate thought leadership and decision making by creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Establish, foster, and drive strong partnerships with carrier/retailer regional and field leadership to enhance and promote brand engagement, identify key growth opportunities, and drive overall sell-through for the region.
- Inspire and motivate a team of experienced professionals to achieve assigned business targets which will include prioritization of store visits during optimal store-traffic periods to maximize impact and meet training objectives.
- Maintain highly visible presence both in person and virtually in designated region within assigned territory by conducting regular field visits within region to ensure excellence and value-add from store engagements and training events.
- Maintain a strong level of expectation and ability to lead/coach through various content and mediums when being face to face is not possible.

Qualifications
Education Requirements:
