What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
- 2-3 years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience.
- Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives.
- Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, provide coaching, and inspire performance improvement.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train and convey their value.
