The Role
Are you a marketer who loves cultivating relationships and collaborating with business leaders to promote relevant and innovative investment solutions? If so, join our Intermediary Investment Segment Marketing Team where our mission is to champion Fidelity Institutional products and solutions and drive business results.
As a Manager of Segment Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the team on a range of projects from product change communication strategies to focus firm promotional plans. This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role with opportunities to collaborate across marketing, business segments and investment teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with business partners and marketing leaders to execute strategy. Building and cultivating strategic relationships with business leaders and stakeholders. Becoming an intermediary segment subject matter expert and advocating for the business within our broad marketing team. Implementing marketing programs promoting relevant products and solutions to the audiences that need them most.

The Team
Our Intermediary Investment Segment Marketing Team is directly aligned with our Intermediary Investment Client Group, a key business in the Fidelity Institutional organization. Our team develops and delivers relevant, differentiated and client centric B2B marketing programs that propel Fidelity Institutional strategic product and solution focus areas by driving engagement and adoption.
The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 3+ years of professional marketing / communications experience working on multi-channel marketing programs
- Familiar with (or curious about) financial services, technology, or investments a plus
- Execute sophisticated multi-channel marketing programs with sharp attention to detail, while updating key business partners on progress.
- Collaborate with segment, investment product, social, thought leadership, eReview and other partners to develop and implement key initiatives.
- Some experience setting KPIs and measurement.
- Outstanding organizational skills, consistently developing and meeting schedules, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using good judgment in engaging business partners.
- Confidence working with, and speaking to, senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (including presentation) skills.
- Ability to function as an ambassador for segment marketing plans and prioritize marketing tactics to align to key business goals.
- Be a critical connection point for our client-facing teams, providing regular marketing updates.
- Quick and clear headed under pressure; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
