Manager, Solutions Marketing - TSG Corporate - Remote

The Select Group is seeking a Manager, Solutions Marketing to lead the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for our technology consulting services. This role will be responsible for developing solution-oriented marketing strategies that align with our industry verticals and service offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, and Solutions Development teams to drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Solutions Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions for TSG's consulting services across key industry verticals.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear, differentiated, and outcome-driven marketing narratives.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Development and Sales Engineering to create content that supports the buyer's journey.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop marketing and sales enablement assets, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and engagement in key accounts.

Sales & Revenue Enablement
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Development teams to develop training materials, competitive positioning, and deal support resources.
  • Equip sales teams with compelling solution narratives that resonate with enterprise customers.
  • Drive adoption and usage of marketing assets within the sales organization.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
  • Provide insights to internal stakeholders to refine solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Work closely with strategic partners to co-develop marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market campaigns.
  • Develop customer case studies and success stories that demonstrate business impact.
  • Support event strategy, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Services Marketing, or a related role within a technology consulting, professional services, or managed services organization.
  • Proven experience leading Solutions Marketing teams in a B2B, enterprise sales-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and consulting services across multiple industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Solutions Development teams to drive revenue.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, solution messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
