Job Summary
The Manager of Staffing Analytics & Administration works closely with the Recruiting Team, People Analytics, Human Resources (HR) Management, and various hiring department throughout the Authority to analyze and evaluate long-term talent acquisition and HR strategies. This position requires an individual who is an independent thinker, can manage multiple competing and complex priorities, can effectively work with various internal and stakeholders at all levels, and successfully complete analytics and recruitment projects. Additionally, the role requires someone who can manage relationships and expectations of internal and external stakeholders at junior, mid, and senior/executive levels.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering data from various sources such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other related HR software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for analysis
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management that provide insights into recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, applicant quality, and the efficiency of recruitment strategies.
- Support Recruiting leadership and other HR Management in designing and implementing workforce strategies to optimize productivity, including preparation of charts, presentations, and requested metrics.
- Assist HR Management in developing and delivering staffing models that forecast hiring needs, determining the success of various recruitment campaigns and anticipating future staffing trends at the Authority.
- Identify areas for process improvement by analyzing recruitment workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting modifications to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Manage our ATS and background screening vendor relationships, staying up to date on latest recruitment technology and working through any recruitment process issues and system enhancements.
- Collaborating with the HR Compliance group to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal recruitment related regulations and supporting the Recruiting team with any compliance related questions they may have.
- Train the recruitment team on data analytics tools and techniques to ensure team members are competent in using data-driven approaches.
- Foster high-quality relationships across the Workforce Management teams (HRIS, Compensation, compliance, HRBPs, Learning and Development, etc.), as well as managers, and leadership throughout the MBTA.
- Assist HR recruitment and department managers to work through various staffing issues, including outlining solutions and documenting throughput.
- Work closely with hiring managers and staffing managers to create, revise, and streamline applicant feedback processes.
- When necessary, enter candidate information from various sources into the ATS and other HR platforms.
- Utilizing quality control methods, review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information used for reporting.
- Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Five (5) years' experience in data analysis, or related field.
- One (1) year of supervisory/lead experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide project coordination on cross-functional initiatives, data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a senior executive team.
- Demonstrated ability to compile information and data into written and graphic presentations
- Experience proof reading memos and reports providing attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, coordinating projects as assigned and comfortable with managing changing schedules/agendas professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and managing competing priorities using independent judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Effective organizational, analytical, confidentiality, quantitative, writing, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Proficient with the use of MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendaring, and Graphic applications.
- Must be detail oriented, with excellent quantitative/analytical, organizational, research and project management skills.
- Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate sensitive and complex information.
