Manager, Strategic Accounts

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on the value of using Empire Today's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service to assigned accounts and initiate any communication and/or corrective action as needed.
• Continuously work on improving account performance by analyzing key operational/financial metrics.
• Identify and implement cost-savings practices throughout the assigned account.
• Work cross-functionally to standardize processes and procedures related to the account.
• Implement a variety of methods aimed at enhancing team performance.
• Meet regularly with clients to conduct account reviews and address issues.
• Train Empire personnel on National Account processes.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly field and corporate review meetings.
• Work with leadership to identify opportunities to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in business operations and client management.
• Commercial flooring or construction experience preferred.
• Intermediate fluency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Salary: $87,500 Bonus
