Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service to assigned accounts and initiate any communication and/or corrective action as needed.
- Continuously work on improving account performance by analyzing key operational/financial metrics.
- Identify and implement cost-savings practices throughout the assigned account.
- Work cross-functionally to standardize processes and procedures related to the account.
- Implement a variety of methods aimed at enhancing team performance.
- Meet regularly with clients to conduct account reviews and address issues.
- Train Empire personnel on National Account processes.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly field and corporate review meetings.
- Work with leadership to identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business operations and client management.
- Commercial flooring or construction experience preferred.
- Intermediate fluency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Salary: $87,500 Bonus
