JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Supply Chain Operations is responsible for owning and optimizing the Carroll Hospital Supply Chain Operations including all inventory management, supply replenishment, receiving, internal and external distribution central stores, print shop and mail services. Responsibilities also include the following: Driving initiatives that incorporate system-wide vision; builds shared commitment for desired future state, and achieve stated objectives; understanding, communicating, and effectively promoting the value proposition of the Supply Chain organization. Actively seeking and identifying new opportunities to offer customers greater value added services and working closely with key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and implement supply chain logistics programs that contribute to the Supply Chain division's strategic objectives. Identifies required areas needed for improvement and sets continuous improvement goals and develops strategies to execute/accomplish.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Requires excellent teamwork, multi-tasking and project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. Strong ability to manage, meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Flexible and team oriented demonstrating the ability to adjust quickly to ever changing requirement in a fast paced, customer oriented area.

REQUIREMENTS
- Required Associate's Degree 49544
- 4-7 years Five or more years experience as a supervisor or manager, with progressive responsibility, in materials management and purchasing in a healthcare facility is required. Required
