Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our North America Treasury team as the Treasury Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily responsibilities of the Treasury Operations team ensuring timely completion of tasks in accordance with our standard operating procedures. The individual must have a strong background in back-office Treasury Operations to support and oversee the daily cash management needs of all North America business functions. The Treasury Operations Manager will work closely with the broader Treasury, Finance, Real Estate, Corporate Accounting, and Business Services department leaders and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily responsibilities of Treasury Operations staff; ensure they are completed timely and in accordance with our standard operating procedures
Manage daily cash position for all lines of business and weekly consolidate cash to corporate accounts
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills, performance and professional development
Monitor centralized disbursement activity for both Operating and Restricted accounts for all business lines
Work closely with Home Office and Partner teams on payment process centralization to increase efficiency, maintain compliance, and optimize cash availability
Administer Corporate Card issuance, supporting cardholders with questions and monitoring late payment activity
Develop best-in-class practices and procedures for daily operations
Serve as banking portal administrator to issue and maintain user entitlements, services, and controls
Provide internal training to key stakeholders related to best practices for secure payments and fraud prevention
Support training and education to Acrisure Partners on Treasury products and services
Support broader Treasury initiatives related to cash forecasting
Identify and drive process efficiencies
Other special projects and assignments as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
Strong Excel skills and experience with macros, pivot tables
Familiarity with Kyriba (TMS) and Workday (ERP)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, and influence others for a desired outcome
Ability to work independently, prioritize daily responsibilities and projects
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Highly responsible and accountable for quality of assigned work
Ability to make thoughtful, quick decisions
Education/Experience:
Undergraduate degree required
Minimum 5 years experience within a large Treasury function; focusing on cash management activities
Three or more years of experience supervising a team preferred; directly or indirectly
Working knowledge of treasury and banking technology solutions including workstations, banking portals, ERP/bank interfaces strongly preferred
