Summary:
The Manager, Treasury is responsible for supporting WLFC's treasury operations, including ensuring compliance with credit facility requirements and assisting with analysis of capital structure/availability. This position will collaborate with finance, accounting, marketing, and other internal teams to help develop strategic initiatives to enhance company growth and ensure efficient treasury operations and financial planning.

The Manager, Treasury is responsible for supporting WLFC's treasury operations, including ensuring compliance with credit facility requirements and assisting with analysis of capital structure/availability. This position will collaborate with finance, accounting, marketing, and other internal teams to help develop strategic initiatives to enhance company growth and ensure efficient treasury operations and financial planning.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management and administration of credit facilities, including but not limited to assisting in amendments, refinancing, and reporting.
- Help identify and evaluate new or alternative capital sources in coordination with management.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reporting for lenders, internal stakeholders, and other financial partners.
- Assist in preparing presentations for banks, investors, insurance companies, and ratings agencies as needed.
- Assist in continuous evaluation of exposure to interest rate and or currency risk; credit policy (regarding lessees and foreign jurisdictions); portfolio diversity; financing alternatives; and other risks as identified.
- Provide regular forecasts of funds availability and commitments; manage borrowings, refinancings and investment of surplus funds.
- Monitoring global cash balances to ensure working capital required is available to all entities
- Support preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate lending, investment banking or strategic planning.
- Leasing industry and/or aviation experience desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with initiative to identify potential issues and recommend strategies to address same.
- Proficient with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
