The Manager, Video Systems will provide direct support to the sales team through technical expertise, design work and quote review by acting as the main liaison between the sales department and the technical services departments the VPM balances business and client needs with technical considerations for innovative, cutting edge solutions.

Some duties may include:
Project Management of complex events with numerous stakeholders.
Technical quote review, execution of design requests, equipment conflict resolution, creative solutions, and value engineering. for Account Executives in conjunction with Accounts Managers.
Assist show execution in technical, billable roles.
Must be up to speed on our technology, equipment, and solutions to provide the best advice to the sales teams while serving our clients best interests.
Will evaluate customer inquiries and evaluate the scope of the event, client requirements, budget considerations, sites, dates, previous work and equipment requirements.
Must be able to manage client expectations, wants and needs within the defined scope of work and budget.
Will act as the liaison between sales and the shared services departments, technicians and freelancers to reduce the amount of direct interaction between the individual members of the sales team and shared services to improve communication and allow for greater bandwidth and efficiency within the support and technical teams.
Cross-functional with Technical Solutions Managers within other ETP divisions and partner brands.

To be a successful Manager, Video Systems it is preferred you have:
At least 3 years developing technical proposals for corporate meetings, trade shows, hospitality industry, event management, or similar industry.
Up to date knowledge of the latest cutting-edge technology including APL design.
