Work Authorization/Security Clearance: This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and a security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Work Location: This position requires the employee to be on site Monday - Friday in Falls Church, VA.
Work Environment: Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee team members and assist with developing, implementing, and completing projects and tasks.
- Lead team members in planning and reviewing customer policy and industry standards. Advise the customer and the team on best practices.
- Lead and manage projects to completion and ensure organizational goals are achieved.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field required; Master's degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience (with a Master's degree) or 8 years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) in consulting or related role required; experience in healthcare consulting preferred.
- Experience managing projects and project teams required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable steps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
